Hello all looking to get some help fixing a problem. I have a wireless spotlight cam that currently wont do live feed. Its connected to my network and my doorbell works fine. I have tried removing the device, reconnecting to my network, swapping battery slots, moving significantly closer to router, different phones, uninstalling and reinstalling app on my phone to no avail. Any Ideas or solutions would be appreciated.
Hi @Colelyoly. What is the RSSI for this device? Try connecting the Spotlight Cam to a WiFi hotspot and attempting Live View. If you are able to Live View on the WiFi hotspot, you may have to make some adjustments to your network to get the Live View to work.
