My spotlight have poor night vision and my solar panel it’s plug but say disconnect…any tips???
Hi @SalazarCr. Can you share an example of the poor night vision that you’re experiencing with your Spotlight Cam? You can share a screenshot or you can share a video example. When attaching this video, you will need first gather the share link of the video. You can do this by going into the Event History in your Ring App and choosing to share it via email. From there, copy the link that is generated and paste the link in the body of your post. In addition, you can upload this video elsewhere, such as YouTube, and then share the link to the video in your reply.
As for the Solar Panel, it is designed to provide a trickle charge with at least 6-8 hours of direct sunlight per day. This trickle charge will help keep the battery topped off between charges but it does require that direct sunlight as it will not provide a charge and may not show connected without direct sunlight.
