My solar charger isn’t charging the battery
Hi @Dklinge. How long has your Solar Charger been installed? I would ensure that the connections on the back are secure and tight. Next, you can reset your Doorbell and then reconnect to WiFi. To reset, just press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. Once that is complete, reconnect to WiFi and your Doorbell will do a quick update. Let me know if this is helpful!
