My shared user is not receiving notifications on her mobile phone even though the volume is on full and all notifications are ticked to on.

Hi @Pye. Those were good troubleshooting steps to try and fix your concern. I would also suggest having them check their notification permissions for the Ring app on their phone to make sure they are enabled.
