Hi all! My ring went offline the other day and it won’t reconnect. It’s full charged, I’ve reset the router, and nothing is happening. I’ve just to reset it from the button on the back, but nothing. Anyone else ever have this issue and fixed it?? Thanks in advance!
Hi @Brianna26. Which model of Ring Doorbell do you have? You can find the model name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Additionally, are you seeing any specific light pattern on the Doorbell, or is it completely unresponsive?
