Hi @Sergioadiazjr! The first best step here would be to ensure your Video Doorbell is fully charged. Once fully charged, please attempt a new setup in the Ring app to successfully connect to your home wifi, as well as adjust all of your motion settings. After your device is successfully setup and updated, it should operate as intended. If you are not receiving alerts, but motion events are recording in your event history, try removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device. I hope this helps!
