My Ring floodlight cam showing blurry image. tried cleaning with various methods, but no luck. Found lens plastic cover has fallen off and that is why lens is fogging up. What should I do? Is there replacement lens cover available or just lens as all sensors and floodlight works just fine
Hi @jm1481. Cleaning the lens with a dry microfiber cloth is what I’d first recommend for a blurry view. Next, try rebooting the Floodlight Cam using the reboot option on the Device Health page. The reboot should only take a few moments. If that doesn’t clear this up, you can try a full reset of your Floodlight Cam by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds.
Once the reset is done, complete a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
