My Ring doorbell camera quit working about one month ago. The WiFi signal is good. I rebooted it, but still no camera.

Hi @user76064. Are you having trouble access the Live View, viewing videos in the Event History, or both? Is there a specific error message you’re receiving in the Ring app? Feel free to share a screenshot of what you see on your end. What is the RSSI listed as on the Device Health page in the Ring app?

Even though you are ‘hardwired’, you will still have to charge the battery which is so unbelievable since the Ring site says if you hard wire the device you won’t need to charge the battery.
