My ring doorbell is not connected to the internet

Hi there, @Maggie4! As long as the battery level and wifi signal is sufficient, your Video Doorbell should remain online. Check out your RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app, to ensure for optimal wifi signal.

Please also ensure that there are not major appliances in between the router and Video Doorbell that might be blocking or interfering with wifi resources. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
