My ring doorbell is saying it’s not connected to the internet. I rebooted it and check my WiFi. I got it working and now this morning it’s not working and it’s saying it’s not connected. Please help. The issue started this month . I’ve had the ring doorbell for two years.
Hi there, @Maggie4! As long as the battery level and wifi signal is sufficient, your Video Doorbell should remain online. Check out your RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app, to ensure for optimal wifi signal.
Please also ensure that there are not major appliances in between the router and Video Doorbell that might be blocking or interfering with wifi resources. I hope this helps!
