My ring doorbell has stopped working

I brought my “all new ring video doodbell 1080p” on the 13th November 2020. It’s been mounted on our doorstep under a large awning area. For a few months it rings “on the doorstep” but not on the chime in the house. So I bought another chim, thinking it could be the chime or WiFi location. Still only worked intermittently (mostly not). Checked all the usual connections and battery. All good. “Got a chime pro” and added it into the chime pro network. STILL it hardly ever works. So finally, I figured the door bell itself must be faulty. So I bought a cheaper model new, the wired ring doorbell. Guess what. It works every time like a dream. So after 2.5 years, the £89 doorbell doesn’t work. I figure the WiFi tech in it can’t cope with the UK outdoors in winter. Where do I go to ask for a refund or replacement.
