My ring doorbell gen 2 (2020) stuck in installation update for 2 days

Good morning everyone

I facing right now this issue with my ring doorbell gen 2 (2020)

Always stuck on 90% for installation update
For two days !!
I tried everything reset to factory default
Even i call (ICP) that i deal with them and told toy don’t have any issues with your network

So please does have any clues just to start my ring ?

Hi @Abdullahzkhalid. I suggest trying to connect this Doorbell to a WiFi hotspot. If the update is able to go through, then you can switch the WiFi network over.
