when some one press the ring bell only give me notification on my S24 ultra phone by screen shot not giving me live video and answering choice.
also in my house supposed to ring on my alexa devices I have 4 echo show but only ring on one echo show in my bed room (echo show 8)
but the other (echo show 10 )
Hi @ahmed-elsayed. It looks you have two concerns from what I understand. The first one is you are not able to tap on your notifications from the Ring app in order to activate a Live View, is that correct? As for your second concern, go to your Alexa app and make sure you have your other Echo devices selected to work with your Ring device. To do so, select the Doorbell to go to its settings in the Alexa app and then select Announcement Devices. On this page select all the Echo devices you want to work with your Doorbell.
