My door bell is offline tried to reset it by pressing the orange button, the battery has just been recharged and work fine yesterday. If i take the battery out plug it in to charger for about 10 seconds the put it in the unit it connects ok for about 5 to 6 hours then drops off line again, so have to do it all over again. Any sugestions.
Hi @user27767. Pressing the orange button will put your Video Doorbell into setup mode, while holding it down for at least 20 seconds will fully reset your Doorbell. I’d suggest trying the full reset, with the fully charged battery inserted, and then monitoring your Doorbell. If it is still dropping offline, check the RSSI to ensure your Doorbell is receiving a strong and stable wifi connection.
