My Ring devices have disappeared from my account

All of my Ring devices have disappeared from my account, on the app and online. I had 2 locations, the other works fine, when I look in devices, they are gone.
Can anyone shed any light as to why?

I just had the same thing happen to me this morning. My location is gone and all devices are gone. It’s happening on Ring App and on desktop/browser log-in. It intermittently comes back and also sometimes give my camera alerts where I can go in and see the replay, but then if I leave, I’m out again with no location and no devices. I think this is a bug introduced and seems to impact people who have had or currently have more than one location. If someone at Ring Support sees, this, please help. I have been using Ring for several years now and this is the first time this has happened.

I have the same issue as well. 2 locations with 4 cameras total. One location is completely gone from account as of this morning.

Chat support AND phone support just says to wait 24 hours. Long time to wait.
