My Ring cameras arrived with European plug type

My 2nd Gen Indoor Ring cameras arrived with European plug types. Does Ring not do the UK and Ireland type?
I’m sure I had to specify my country so did I just get the wrong ones?

Also couldn’t see anyway to email or open a complaint on your website. Just got directed to community advice.

It’s really annoying as I’ll have to get adapter’s for both of them now if I want to use them.
