Hi @JD05. If you haven’t already, I’d recommend resetting your Doorbell and setting it back up again in the Ring App. This will just help ensure everything is working properly. To reset your Doorbell, you’ll just need to hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once the reset is complete, use the steps under Set Up a Device to get the Doorbell back up and running. Then you can test out ringing the Doorbell and seeing if it records the event.
