Hi @user67866. When charging a battery powered Ring Doorbell, ensure you are charging it for about 8 hours using the provided charging cable plugged into a standard power outlet. Once the battery has had sufficient time to charge, factory reset the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. Once the reset is done, attempt a new setup in the Ring app with the steps under Set Up a Device.
