I just register for the plus plan and i have 2 cameras but only one is working. what i under stand that in the plus package i could be using more than one device

Hey @aboushahri! That is correct, the Protect Plus Plan will cover all of the Ring devices in your home. Keep in mind, this is specific to location and multiple locations would require multiple plans. If one Camera is not saving recordings but another at the same location is, please check your device locations in the Ring app to ensure they are both setup on the same address.
