I have been trying for days to add a new door bell but the phone won’t let me, i can’t ring any customer services and ive tried closing restrictions and playing with the security settings. Ita getting so frustrating now!! We already have the security camera which was no problem to install.
Hi @carlygriff27. Which model of Doorbell are you trying to set up in the Ring App, and what part of the setup process are you currently at? Feel free to attach a screenshot so I can take a look. You may also want to try a different phone or tablet when walking through the setup process if possible, as that can often resolve setup concerns.
