My usb melted into the camera and of course will not charge nor can I remove the cable. The camera is 2 years old and never seen this before
Any suggestions? I tried contacting customer support but they were no help and ended up getting disconnected

None of us have access to your account so you’ll have to contact support, and yes sometimes you have to call multiple times until you find someone to assist you, for any replacement options you may have. As I believe it’s past its warranty then you might get a discount for a replacement, but again, Support is the ones that can tell you.
