My keypad on the ring alarm no longer has sound
Same issue. My buttons are not working right I have to turn off with phone so kids can arm and disarm. U got any help on the sound issue?
Hey neighbors! In the event that your Keypad does not have sound, please remove the device from your Base Station, reset the Keypad, and then re-set up the Keypad. On the re-set up, if the Keypad will not add or have sound when re-set up, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
