My internal digital doorbell quit working

I have a Ring Pro and just recently noticed that my existing doorbell does not chime. It is a compatible Home Depot brand doorbell. My Ring says it has good voltage so im wondering if the Pro Power kit is the culprit?

Hey @Lynchburg66! Here are some other things to check:

  • Chime type in the app selected as “digital”.
  • Disconnect wires from back for the Doorbell Pro, reattach wires.
  • If possible, try changing the chime tone on the digital chime as a test.
