I have a Ring video cam and someone stopped at my house at 7:42 last evening and got out of the car. My recycling bins were gone through BUT the camera skipped to 7:47 and of course they were gone. So, what good is it if the problem wasn’'t captured on camera?
Hi @terri232. Would you be able to specify which Ring Camera you have? You can find this information on the original packaging, the back of the device, or on the Device Health page in the Ring App. Was there a motion alert at 7:42 or did you see someone at that time but did not receive a motion alert? Ring Cameras and Doorbells don’t record 24/7 or continuously, but will record when motion is detected.
