I have ring garden camera with lights,it was working fine but recently the lights didn’t work even i turn on it.but the camera still work fine cause i still can check the record from the app.
Anyone can help about how to solve this problem.or can i replacement it?
Hi @user22667. Can you please confirm which model of Ring Camera you have? You can find the model name on the original packaging or on the Device Health screen in the Ring app. Once I know which device you have, I can better provide relevant troubleshooting information.
