My doorbells keeps saying the incorrect password has been entered

I am trying to reconnect my ring door bell generation 2 not hard wired) When I type in the Wi-Fi password, it’s constantly telling me it is the incorrect password. The password is not incorrect.
I am trying to connect the device by the router, I have reset the router & reset the app, phone

Hi @user12011. Does your wifi password have any special characters in it? If it does, try changing it to include only alphanumeric characters to see if that allows you to connect the Doorbell to your wifi network. If you don’t want to change the password for you main network, you should be able to create a guest network and can try connecting the Doorbell to that.
