Does anyone know why my door calm went from recording in colour do you suddenly black-and-white I’ve tried everything I’ve reset it recharged it and it is still only recording in black-and-white which is really annoying!!!
Hi @Esoranigasil. Which model Doorbell is this. You can try a power cycle to see if this will correct it. To do this, just remove power from the Doorbell for 5 minutes, the restore power. If that does not work, you can perform a reset. For a reset, you’ll press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. Once this is complete, reconnect the Doorbell to wifi.
