Is it possible to replace the unit?

Hi @444c656bcf283ce174745da2b2d6ac. Which Ring Doorbell or Security Camera do you have? You can find this information on the original packaging, on the back of the device itself, or on the Device Health page in the Ring App. What troubleshooting steps have you tried with your device so far?

My device: Ring Indoor/Outdoor 1080HD Security Plug-In Cam with Two Way Talk Black
I already try different wall outfit and power cord. but still not power on.

@444c656bcf283ce174745da2b2d6ac Have you tried resetting the Camera? You can perform a full reset by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, try setting the Camera back up in the Ring App using the steps under Set Up a Device. let me know if this allows you to get the Camera set up.
