My camera has a black stripe

Since May I’ve been experiencing this problem with my front door camera, a black stripe blocking the view which doesn’t allow us to get proper view nor sensory information. Yes I tried to reboot the camera through the app and no, nothing happened. I contacted the customer service through the chat and no assistance was provided. What’s next? I paid for the yearly subscription and can’t get no response.
