My Camera detects motion but no video recording

I have one spotlight cam. Since last week I’ve been getting motion alerts but no recordings on all devices. And I can’t access to live view. Health is fine. No internet issues (RSSI 44). 18 days left in free trial

This is happening to my peep hole camera.

As long as your Protect Plan subscription is active, a recording should be saved for your captured Ring events. If a video is not playing in your Ring app, try logging on at Ring.com via web browser and play your video history there. If video plays via browser, there may be a connection issue with the mobile device and Ring app. Please ensure there is not a VPN enabled on the mobile device.
