If your Doorbell is not connecting to your wifi, try the following steps: - Factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds. - Reboot your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in. - Verify your wifi password is correct. - Bring your Doorbell into the same room as your router when doing your setup.
