My app isn't recognising my camera

I installed my camera on a trial basis, scanned the barcode at the back and did the trial. I have come back to the app a month later and had to religious into my account, which I have done with the same username and password. The account doesn’t show the setup that I previously did (patio) and is asking me to reinstall my device and rescan the barcode at back. I did this and it says the product is currently registered to someone else.
