The ring app is doesn’t accommodate for two users logged in on the same account.
Ring gets confused with more than one user when users change the Home mode status. Also geofencing doesn’t work with more than one user.
Sharing the account with someone else doesn’t allow them to change the home mode status.
Hi @Gman83. I have a few questions to ask. What device are you viewing the Ring app on (IOS or Android) and what version is the Ring app? Are you or your Shared User using a VPN? Have you tried setting the Mode from cellular data only/wifi only? I would also try force closing the app and reopening it to see if that helps with reflecting the correct mode. Let me know if this works!
