Every time we get a motion alert, the chime on our phones goes off three times back to back. It is happening on all devices with every motion. It used to only make one sound per event. Any suggestions?
Hi @KristinGray! The best first step here would be to ensure the Ring app is up to date, or removing and reinstalling the app on your mobile device. Keep in mind, the Base Station and Keypad can make alert sounds for Sensors as well. If you are still getting 3 motion notifications for one event, please ensure bluetooth and VPN are disabled. The app was up to date but I removed it and downloaded it again with no luck. We don’t have a chime in our house. The only chime we receive is the notification on our phone. For the first 6 months this wasn’t an issue but now on both is our cell phones we receive 2-3 notifications every time there is motion.
