Since updating to the latest available iOS app, only 4 out of my 5 camera feeds now automatically refresh on opening the app initially. Previously, all 5 camera feeds would update. Anyone else experienced this problem?
I am having the same problem and only have one camera.
It will update with a new view only once then fail to update unless I tap on the view to bring up the timeline then exit back.
It then only updates once again failing to update again like it used to every 30 seconds or so.
Yip same for me. App version 5.38.1
Same issue with two cameras not refreshing regularly as before updating the app.
Well mine is also the same problem but lines appear when I open the back camera but now my back camera is not opening because of the 13.4 iOS I have just update it to 13.4.1 but it’s still have the same problem not opening the back camera.

Just got done talking on the phone with Ring Support and it appears that the 5.38.1 version of the app is causing this issue. Previous state (before update) I would be able to open the app and every time I did so, the thumbnail would automatically update. Current state (post-update) the thumbnail only shows the last motion or last time I pressed into live view.
Seems to me like DevOps will need to look into this glitch. I’m sure the next update will address this. For a second I thought it was just me-- I even went as far as removing and reconnecting the camera.
