We have a Ring 1. The alerts are working ok, but everytime the motion alert goes off, it alerts 3 times. We have the account on 3 phones so all of us can receive the alerts. It’s just annoying that we all get 3 alerts one right after another. We also have a Ring 2 and there’s no problems with this. Has anyone ran into this problem? Thank you for the help.
