Not very clear audio its all muffled. At first my floodlight was clear to hear now it’s not. How can it be fixed
Hi there, @Jerrysvit! The best first thing to check for audio concerns is network or wifi connection. Please ensure your network is operating as normal, and that the signal to your Floodlight Camera is optimal. This can be confirmed by check the RSSI in your Ring app device health section. If signal looks good, try power cycling your Floodlight Camera by turning power off then back on at the Cam. I hope this helps!
