Movements are not detected

since a week our doorbell no longer detects movements? the doorbell has always worked, we even installed a new doorbell and it does the same. we have not changed the settings and we have also performed the new update. our doorbell runs on battery. anyone have an idea what could be causing it? greetings Toon

Hi @ToonH. You can check out our guide for optimizing your Doorbell’s Motion Detection in this post here. Also make sure that Motion Detection is toggled on in the Ring App on the device profile page, and make sure in the Modes settings that it isn’t disabled there either.
