moved with my ring alarm and still want the monitoring service

hi I just updated the address where my Ring Alarm system is attached to and I try to set up the money transfer is again on the app but the Canadian phone number is not excepted by the app how can I go through the process of registration also I went online to check my account on the desktop application portal and I’m still covered for monitoring services so who is the true the app on my phone or the app through the portal? i am lost

not the “money transfer” but the monitoring service
