We just moved to a new home with what is believed to be the wired ring doorbell. Tried to add device through the app but the code on the device is not working. Any ideas what we can do to get it working?
Hi @jo05. What’s happening in the Ring App when you try to set the Ring Doorbell up? Is there a specific error message that you’re seeing, or any specific lights on the Doorbell? If possible, please share a screenshot of what you’re seeing in the Ring App during the setup process and I’ll take a look.
