So moved 3 camera’s from another house (in USA) and added to my existing account for property in the UK. When I deleted the old location it refunded me my balance on my ‘protect plus’ subscription on that account and I upgraded my 1 camera location to ‘protect plus’ (cost me a full £80 even though I had a subscription for the single camera - no refund on the balance of that?). It now shows my account has 4 camera’s in the UKlocation and they are on ‘protect plus’, but only the original camera works (record and live), the other three only show video when the sense movement. Can anyone assist?
Hi @chrisvin. Firstly, Ring devices are region specific. If you are using a USA device in the UK, there is no guarantee that it will work as intended. Check out this Help Center article here for information on how to manage your Locations. You can also find information on your Ring Protect Plan subscription here.
