Move to new location

So we purchased a Ring indoor camera and have since moved. All ten (10) of our nest cameras connected with ease. Now for the cheap $99.00 Ring cameras, not so easy. Followed the instructions to a T with absolutely no luck whatsoever. Moral of this story, Quality doesn’t cost it pays, and Ring indoor cameras are just that, cheap junk?

Hey @Jeff1956. If you’re unable to get the camera set up on your account again, I recommend trying to reset the camera by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds.
