Move paid plan to account with devicres

Somehow when I paid for the annual plan it went under my personal account and I do not have ring devices there. However, my warehouse location has about 12 devices and the plan should have been for that location. Rather than cancel the plan and then sign up again, is there a way to simply add the location that has all the items?

Hi @CycloneFPV. For this concern, definitely give our a support team a call. They’ll see if they can swap the plan over to the correct location.
