Trying to adjust my motion zones is not working properly. I put my finger on the dot to adjust where I want to get motion alerts, but it either only lets me go so far or it doesn’t move at all.
Hi there, @mkstretch! Are you wanting to draw the custom motion zones or just extend the reach/ sensitivity? For sensitivity, there should be a slider that moves to adjust motion detection reach. When drawing custom motion zones, clicking “edit zone” will allow you to adjust the default zone and move the dimensions of the coverage zone. Try removing and reinstalling the Ring app, if these options are not working with ease. Please also ensure there is not a vpn enabled during Ring app operation.
