![RingVideo_20231105_133552|video](upload://3SVVA47QVwPEd6PcdZEwcQapa9c.mp4) I have a Ring Doorbell and an indoor cam pointed out a window. They have motion zones defined and I am occasionally getting notifications for motion and when the video is reviewed, you can see motion that is well outside the motion zone. ![IMG_5227.PNG|690x318](upload://p7JY0Y8vvfrVWXQbSjLthFyQlY5.jpeg) ![IMG_5228.PNG|690x318](upload://wFWX03LjjyHQ41T2FIHN7q7hNLQ.jpeg) ![Ringvideo 20231115 123609-1|video](upload://gA1fkM2QSIBIKPMpxrhMn0gCwlr.mp4) ![RingVideo_20231105_133552|video](upload://3SVVA47QVwPEd6PcdZEwcQapa9c.mp4)

Hello @EricReiss. I would recommend decreasing the [Motion Sensitivity](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022461232) as well on your Ring devices to help your motion detection work more accurately. You also want to make sure your [Smart Alerts](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360032947972-Refining-Your-Motion-Alerts-for-People-and-Other-Motions) are on and the Person option is on with recording and notifications. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036196372) a call for further assistance.
