Motion settings working inconsistently


I have a Ring Doorbell and an indoor cam pointed out a window. They have motion zones defined and I am occasionally getting notifications for motion and when the video is reviewed, you can see motion that is well outside the motion zone.




Hello @EricReiss. I would recommend decreasing the Motion Sensitivity as well on your Ring devices to help your motion detection work more accurately. You also want to make sure your Smart Alerts are on and the Person option is on with recording and notifications.
