Motion sensor false detections

Bedroom sensor has been moved a couple of times, still get random alarms. Thought it might be the cat getting in the blinds in the window? but twice this morning on my way to work. There is a ceiling fan but I think it was off. I just deactivated the sensor after the 2nd alarm.

Hi @user61169. The Motion Detector utilizes PIR motion detection, which can be triggered from reflective surfaces or sources of heat. Are there any windows, vents, or mirrors right in your Motion Detector's line of sight?
