Motion sensor 2 and 3

hello im new to ring cameras i understand how the motion sensor work and setup but ive just noticed you can make zone 2 and 3 just wondering does anyone now what zone 2 and 3 do....zone 2 is a red setup and zone 3 is yellow...be good if someone could help me out

Hi @Dtriley. I'd be happy to answer your question here! You're able to set up to 3 different Motion Zones so you can decide which areas you want to be notified about motion being detected. There is no difference between zone 1, 2, or 3 and the colors are just to separate each zone from the other, so no need to worry about which one is where. You can customize them based on what works best for your home, and you don't need to utilize all of the zones either.
