When I Try To Out My Ring Camera near my bed and it doesn’t motion Recording properly I tried all motions and still not working I might be better off cancelling ring protect and get a refund and also I get a better camera like Tapo or Little elf camera and that detects recording and also with SD card.

Hi @KieronKearford27491. Which Ring Camera are you trying to set up? You can find the model name on the Device Health page or on the back of the Camera itself. Additionally, have you configured your Motion Zones and set the Motion Sensitivity? If you have a Ring Protect plan, you will also have access to Smart Alerts and Modes settings, both of which affect motion detection.
