I've noticed that my Ring peephole camera doesn't always record. While standing outside in camera view an Amazon driver walked pass the camera in one direction. They returned in the opposite direction and handed the package to me. Nothing was recorded. Just got this camera. Any ideas what's wrong? Thank you in advance.

This could be due to how you have your[ Motion Settings](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003477106-Understanding-and-Optimizing-Motion-Detection-with-Motion-Frequency) configured. Can you share how you have your settings configured? A few screenshots would help us know where to make adjustments.
