The camera had been following the zone settings since I got it in November.
About a week ago it started to ignore the zone settings.
I’ve tried changing the settings so it covers less area, but it’s not working.
The camera has not been moved so I have no idea why this is happening.

Hi @concerro. What specific model camera do you have? Do you have an active Ring Protect Plan? This will help me understand what the issue is here.
